Creating More chances and lots more possession but getting beat!!

Hi all. Help needed. I am playing as Doncaster in league 1 and have made a decent start but I am now getting beaten by lower teams when I have had 20+ chances and have 70/30 possession. 70mins plus it all goes wrong!! I have tried time wasting tactics but nothing seems to work. I am starting to lose my love of this beautiful game. I am using 4123 pep v2 currently. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Training has changed alot this year. this was happening to me. I would batter teams and in the 70 min onwards my team would be dead and then i would conced and lose or conced and draw.

your players need to be fitter. and if your stiker is not score need to talk to him. untill you can bring somone in.

also playing a pep tactc with lower level team not the best idea.

look at how man clear cut chances you create a game. if its 2-3 your stiker is the problem if its 0 your tactic is the problem.

What Tactic do you think would work best at this level?? Knapp / TFF etc.

I mean you can play possesion football but not pep football. To play pep football you need world class football players.

I dont know what players doncaster has but maybe a

4-4-1-1

4-4-2

you can play possion football with 4411 just depends on the players you have.
