Creating More Wonderkid Regens

How do you use the editor to increase the amount of regen wonderkids/talented youngsters for a specific country?

A few ways:
1- Edit the Nation's youth rating
2- Edit clubs playing in that nation so that they have top training and youth facilities, and top youth recruitment networks.
3- Make sure you have youth leagues enabled so they actually play games during a season.\
