How do you create space for a striker ore inside forward with a lot of pace?

Wich roles and duties are best?

I'd pass into space and have more direct passing, in terms of roles winger attack or IF attack would work, for a striker maybe AF attack as he'd also create for the IFs/Ws

What I like to do is have a team defending deep. We sit back and mark tight. Then, when we win the ball and attack, there are vast amounts of space to dribble into.

I do this (stats from season 2021/22 - up to January 27th):

Complete Forward_Support

- Short passes
- Move into channels
- Shoot more often
- 21 apps (+3 sub); 18 goals; 8 assists; Avg. rating: 7.61

Trequartista_Attack (from the No.10 position)
- Dribble More
- More direct passes
- Get further forward
- 20 apps (+4 sub); 18 goals; 7 assists; Avg. rating: 7.76

They operate in a 4-4-1-1 formation with attacking wingers, DLP and BWM. See more here:

Good way to create space is to play with a False 9. Striker drops into the hole, either draws a defender out of position making space for the winger to run into, or the striker goes unmarked and finds space in the hole between the defence and the midfield. It is my favourite role for strikers.
