Creating Segunda Division B?

Hi,

I'm making a complete overhaul of the Spanish leagues, but somehow I don't manage to create the Spanish third tier. I did it in fm13 without problem, but in fm14 I simply don't know what to do. The problem is that the third tier is divided into 4 leagues, but I can't create those sub-divisions. If I choose to create sub-divisions the only one I can find is the autonomous region division of Melilla??!! If I create the divisions individually, they are considered as different tiers. Can somebody help me. I know that I managed it in the last fm.

thanks but how did he do that? I can't find the Spanish Second Division B, only its sub-divisions are mentioned

I can't seem to be getting it to work, I want to manage Marbella but it says there are only 19 teams in the division and not 20??
