Creative mid & DR gem for low leagues?

Hi there I started a game with ergotelis at the Greek superleague with is a team with literally no reputation.. I am having trouble to sign decent lads and even coaches but anyway I found some gems to fill most of my gaps..

I need 2 more players though for my next season and I d better start praising from now (November) ..

So I need a creative mid with potential that will join me with no more than 500k per YEAR and also a right defender with the above restrictions.. Any suggestions?
 
Fourlanos develops very slowly and fetmatzidis costs lots of $$$ but both are quality!
