Just starting a save with Crewe Alexandra I see their team is filled to the brim with promising youth players. do any of these ever develop well? I know the obvious Max Clayton but there are many others? also they gave me a ?3.5million transfer budget when I asked the board for more, which for league 1 I was very surprised about to say the least!
