Crewe Alexandre / Low League Tactic NEEDED!

I have managed Crewe to try and get them into the premier league, but got sacked half way through the season. i need a good reliable tactic for them. ANY HELP?

Nezza's 3331 tactic is the best tactic I've used won the ucl with Porto 1st season and I better than Mr Rocks Classic in my experience
