Crewe - Premiership - 4th Season - Suggestions

Hi, got straight promotions to the premier league with Crewe and managed to scrape 13th place last season, this is my squad and just looking for suggestions on anything really, need to increase the quality on a really small budget so does anyone have a clue, spent most of my money on fierro haha needed a striker. I have basically 0 transfer budget and wage budget is 355k and spending 325k a week.

Loans to increase the squad depth. Other then that there isn't really much you can do.
