I'd say so as he is only young and will improve and your croud will love him....Try paying so much up front then some in installments mate(H)

People saying Ronaldo wont join Chelsea are wrong. I got him for 82mill at chelsea. Yea hes a good investment but id have to agree with others who are saying buying hazard, hes a brilliant prospect.
