So Í've build what I think is two good tactics one for away matches and one for home. My problem is just that I play with a target man and all my crosses ends up at the wingers, who are not cut for the job.
Any tips onto how to make my crosses to be more likely to the the target man?

I've got a similar problem. I'm whipping in crosses but my big man is off somewhere having a picnic and its left to my opposite winger to put the ball away. Been tinkering with the settings so will let you know if I suss it.

Put cross aim at target man? and give the target man the run from deep option.

All done. Problem is despite having everything set how you suggest he just sort of floats about on the edge of the 18 yard box. Just have to keep playing about.

You might want to have your target man run from deep often. Also is your target man set to attack?
Floating crosses might also be the cause of crosses ending up at your other winger.
