I've just clinched promotion in 2nd place behind Southampton, I didn't expect to achieve it so I'm very happy with it.

Anyway - my squad is very small and I relied a lot on my loan signings and ageing freebies (which I'm obviously going to be without next season). I need to bulk up my squad with cheap players on low wages - but that are still of premiership quality.

I play a narrow diamond so have no need for wingers. I'm mainly looking for defenders and midfielders, in particular an AMC-trequartista and a BPD-Cover.

raid the demoted teams from all the top leagues, see who's on the loan and transfer list. see who's contracts are close to expiring or have just expired.
