Sorry for my english, but I won with my tactic with Crystal palace league and two cups I played in the first season and the crusaders from northern ireland I qualified for the europa league groups.
Trainings and oi's with assistent manager.
I'm starting a save with Shaktar and I won my game by many goals.
I?m starting a save with avai brazilian second division (my team and country) and i won games by many goals
Lots of possession and shots and great defenc.
It worked for me I hope for you too.

can you just let us know what kind of training you use pre match and normally.
I know your assistant does it but a few more screen shots will help please :)

was an old save with Barcelona started using the tactic in game 8

thanks, in front look for players with good passing and fast and back players with good marking, tackling and positioning. but the tactic works with their best players at each position, the crusaders players are mediocre but have successfully
