Cup Stages Help? (Advanced Rules)

Does anybody know how to get cup stages to divide fixtures, i.e. semi-finals between two days? I've figured it out for group stages but the cup layout is completely different.

there's an option to 'offset' the fixtures, just put 1 in the box and it'll schedule one for the date set, and the other a day later
