Current Ability to be in Blue Square North/South?

What do players current ability have to be to go into a blue square north/south team?

I made new players and i dont want them to go straight into league 1 or 2 and i dont want them to be left unsigned.

Any help is appreciated

Personally, I'm not sure, but can't you look at the current BSS and BSN teams players and see what their ability is like and put it to around theirs?

Probably about 60-75 would be average.. I'm not 100%, just take a look at a few BS clubs?

i also noticed that if you set their current ability lower than around 160, with potential ability at 200, that they never develop to 200. even if you set their age to the minimum. Is there any way round this without putting current ability any higher?
