Current state of FM13

The game obviously has is problems but when its running well, its fantastic. However, I went to download FM12 and you can no longer download it. Anyone have the same problem?

Is it no longör in your Steam Library, or is it there but Steam won't let you download it ?

Its not in my library and I can't redownload it :/
