Custom Kits/Badge

Hi, was wondering if anyone could do me a favour and make some Stockport kits and a new badge to put in game? It would also be helpful if someone told me how to add them into the game as well!

Home Kit Colours & Design: Blue like their current home kit(just a nice design)
Away Kit Colours & Design: Yellow with funky pattern
