Custom league crashes on final day

I have tried many things including making things incredibly simplified, but my custom, essentially North American Super League always crashes on the final day of the season. Any ideas as to why?

Load up the editor and database;

Click on 'test nations rule' and it will tell you the problem for you to amend.
