i'm guessing springfield town is a simpsons team so you could have a futurama team aswell.

maybe olymipa athletic featuring people who connected to the summer olympics and one for the winter olympics.

autonomous XI featuring players that are from places like the basque country/ kosovo/ anywhere else that's fighting for independence.

british isles XI from players that come from the scottish islands/ channel islands/ isle of man and maybe include the isle of white in there aswell if you need extra numbers.
