Custom World Cup Help

I Recently Tried To Create A New 48 Team Which Featured All The Nations In The Regional Qualifiers e.g Gibraltar In The Euro Section But When It Came To The North American Asia And African Qualifiers It Seems Almost Impossible To Balance Out The Groups Without An "Teams Are Not Dividable By Number Of Groups Or Not Enough Group Fixtures Anyone Go Any Ideas How To Make The Qualification Systems Balance Out

the more info' you give us, the better.
 
OK Although The Editor Found No Problems Apparently The Game Says That The Euro Qualifiers Group Stage Should Have 10 Not 8 Fixtures WTF
 
Im having big problems with a world cup in my edit save.

Basically ive replaced the Oceania qualifying stage (Oceania Nations Cup) with my own version. On its own, the ONC works perfectly but for some reason it voids everything to do with the world cup. All the continental qualification (Europe, Asia etc) and the World Cup itself are now no longer visible in the game.

Any thoughts on what is happening/ how to fix the issue?
