Custom World Cup

Has anybody tried creating a World Cup through add nation rules?

Ive tried so many times but cannot get the set up right. I cant create 8 conjoined groups that then obviously lead into the last 16, QF, SF etc.

Plus, I cant pick and choose which team is in which groups (if you wanted a realistic group stage)

Would you have to create a CLUB for the national teams (if you wanted the 23 players in each team that are there IRL)?

So many questions and I just get frustrated every time I try, but I would love it if somebody could create it for me or help me through it.

What is it? I have downloaded it but it is a .net file? is it for the editor?

If you want an exact recreation of Brazil 2014, it is here Sports Interactive Community

If you want to create a different one, with different rules, teams, etc, you need to do it through add international rules, not national rules.
