I found this guy in a Slovenian team called Domzale and because they are Slovenian he's dirt cheap to buy and in my eyes makes him one of the best bargains you can get on this game.
He only cost me £90k but on other saves has cost upto £160k. He was outstanding in the championship and did well partnered with Nolan in the premiership too, even if you're not looking for a cheap AMC he would be a good little money maker.
