Is he good at FM 12? I bought him for Anzhi as he was transfer listed playing for Genoa. I paid 2.1 or sth and gave him low wages. He's got 17 finishing, but 11 composure. From what I remember he's 23.

If you bought him, why not just play him in a few matches and find out? Probably faster than minimising it and asking us

You're actually quite lucky, he has 8 for composure on my game, he probably is close to his PA in your game then and won't get much better.
