Data Analyst Attributes

Does anyone have any ideas what attributes to look for in a Data Analyst/Chief DA?

For other members of staff it highlights the relevant attributes, however it doesn't seem to for a DA/CDA.

Look at some big teams and their data analyst. Look for high attributes and use those as a model for your DA/Chief DA

Oh really? I haven't managed a team with one yet, so have yet to experience having one.

I'm currently managing Portsmouth, and thought i'd look into recruiting one. Is it worth getting one then?

Oh fair enough. Seems very odd that they don't require any attributes.

£50/week was just a random example, haven't actually looked at the wages yet.
