Data Editor, Where is it?

Can somebody please tell me how to find the data editor on football manager 2011.

can somebody help me!
when i click on the data editor to start it i get a message saying. error: unable to find some essential data.please insure that the game is installed correctly.if the problem persits please contact technocal support.
then i get a message saying. warning!failed to find a default database to use.please make sure your installation is not corrupt
i have uninstalled it many times now and it is always the same!
HELP!!!
