Database - cant load england..

I was editing the database to add a new club to the Coca Cola Championship. Everything went ok then i saved and when i go to run the database when chosing nations to load England is unavailable. It greyed out with an exclaimation mark to the left, all other leagues are fine

any ideas what ive done wrong?

If you add a team to a league, you MUST remove one from that exact league.
