Database Error?

I'm playing my second season with aston villa. Problem is when i try to search for players such as adem ljajic or vincent enyeama, in my game they don't turn up. However when i try searchin for these players in my friend's game on his computer, i can find them. What's going on?

Aren't the players available also based on the countries and leagues chosen by you initially?

Yes.

eg say some obscure player played for an EPL team once ansd youve got EPL loaded but hes playing in like Kenya now or summat daft like that, he will be loaded
