Database: No foreigners

This is a fantasy database where default* available European clubs are not longer allowed to play with foreign players.


Changes I have made to competition rules :

• Only domestic transfers
• Foreign players can not be selected for any official games in national compet
• 9 substitutes are allowed on the bench, 5 can be substituted
• Every club in the highest national division receives € 10 million

Database changes

• Foreign players are released from their clubs, aproximately 16000 players are free now
• Reputation of every highest national division is now 170
• Club reputations are changed to 7400-7000 for top clubs, other clubs reputation go as high as 6000.
• All competitions are rebuild, I have done my best to stick close to reality. However, there are a few elements that I was not able to reproduce in the editor.
• Belgium fourth level is also available

European competitions

• UEFA Champions League: Only the champions of the highest national divisions are qualified(52 teams in total, Liechtenstein teams play in Swiss competion, but do have a cup)

• UEFA Cup WInners Cup: domestic cup winners are qualified(53 teams in total)

When a team won both the Championship and Domestic cup, the number two from the chamionship qualifies(Unfortanetely not the losing cup finalist).

Unzip the file in the folder 'editor data', in total you should have 36 files beginning with 'NF_'


Start a new game:
These files work with the latest official patch: 12.2.0
You chose this patch when starting a new game.


When you start a game you thick the box 'modify'.
In the next screen you make sure that only files from this update are selected.
For optimal use of this update, it is recommended that all 36 files are selected.


In the next step you select the nations and competitions you want.
It is not necessary to select all countries, adding them on a later moment will also use the rules in this update.

Fantastic, I didn't know there was an "only domestic transfers" option, I hunted for a rule like that in FM12. Looks like it'll be fun to play, might make something of my own using that ruling
