Date Editor in Steam

Hi there,

I have been playing a game (using the cd, not steam) using the sugar daddy option and now my mate, on his game, would like to use the sugar daddy option but he is playing his game through steam.

Now, i can find how to run the data editor from the cd but how do you run the editor in steam?

Any help (in laymans terms lol) would be greatly appreciated.
