As some of you will remember, i used to create fast paced counter attacking tactics, which require certain types of players, mainly focused on acceleration and pace.
I've now tweaked the last tactic i created a few months back, and come up with this....
it's a 4-1-5 (my usual formation), where you'll have low % of possession but counter quickly with direct passes into the final third and over the top of the oppositions back line.
You'll also create a lot of clear cut chances, so with the correct front 3 and good wingers, you will score plenty of goals.
Attached is some screen shots of a Newcastle save i used to run tests on the tactic.
I holidayed for the whole season after making a few signings and adding my own training in pre season and let the game decide the fate.

few tips in advance -
-GK and back 4 not a major focus but try and play the best players in their role.
-DM needs to be solid, he's the heart of everything, good strong tackler, vision and passing is needed.
-Wingers need acceleration and pace and also good vision, aim for 15+
-front 3 need pace and good finishing.
-Players will tire as the season goes on so select the best training methods (which I'll add images of in this thread).
- Put all players on individual training focus - Quickness... except for GK's which have GK Sweeping as focus.
Give this tactic at least 4/5 games before judging so the players can get used to the changes in their roles and the tactic familiarity.
FRONT 3
PARDO - 54 GAMES - 49 GOALS - 20 ASSISTS
JACOB RAMSEY - 52 GAMES - 43 GOALS - 5 ASSISTS
LUIS GUILHERME - 52 GAMES - 26 GOALS - 22 ASSISTS
WINGERS
TOURE - 44 GAMES - 4 GOALS - 23 ASSISTS
RAYAN - 47 GAMES - 10 GOALS - 15 ASSISTS
Here is the league table after a full season on HOLIDAY MODE!
A screen shot taken after the first bunch of games using the new tactic!
