Decent players for Bury?

Hey guys, this is the first time I've ever played a football manager game, and I'm struggling on who to sign, I'm playing as Bury (League 2) and have a wage budget of 16k, any suggestions?

i also signed akpo sodje for 150k do it in installments mate
also with the loan players dont offer to pay any of their wages

Cheers for the reply, I've already submitted a loan bid for Gibson, I'll try and get Kakuta as well.
