Decent plyers for derby

I need a team of players which i can get promated with, so i need players in all postions, but i do really need a CM. Sorry if there is already a thread like this but i find it really hard to navigate this website. p.s i barly have any money so please try suggest free or loan players.

Just scout around the reserve teams in the premier league. Plenty of quality there that will do well in the championship and help keep you up once you get promoted. There is also an abundance of young players in the B sides of the Italian and Spanish leagues.
