I have just won the FA cup with derby in 2016 and have been offered the job in international management from 4 different teams; Holland, Spain, France and England. Has anyone had any experience managing any of them? Which country is likely to get the better regens as the country I do take over I would like to be there for a long time.

France, as alot of African kids are usually eligable as well. IMO.

England would be my choice. I say this because you can get on good terms with HG players, plus it is the home nation. I also manipulate it a little to make sure that my youth prospects get as many caps as possible.

all 4 get good players.
i would take a look at what players are available now.
because there are always qualifiers ahead.
and you don't want to get fired before the future.
