Hi, I'm glad the tactic is working well for you. I always use the opposition instructions that my assistant manager suggests me before the game, the players don't lose familiarity with the tactic because these instructions don't touch team and players instructions since these are instructions about the most dangerous opposition players that need to be brought on the weak foot, closed down, hard tackled, marked tightly.
