Default colours - and how to change them??

Hi there - I'm currently working on my Liverpool skin which I have going on another thread but myself and Dazzy D are trying to figure out how to edit the teams default colours. Liverpool's are white and of course red. The red shows up on most pages like the squad screen but not the main news screen (white header) and load screen (blue header) and it's doing my nut in - does anyone know the file to look for to edit.

you can use FMRTE to change them and the editor but i dont no any other ways
