Default Logo Pack

Who is able to create a default logo pack. I would like al the small club badges to be set as default.
These nations have pictures as logo's:
Australia,
Denmark
England
Spain
France
Italy
North Korea
Netherlands
Northern Ireland
Portugal
Scotland
Sweden
USA
Wales

I've tried to come up with editing in order to make these crests default logo crests but I did not succeed. Does anyone know exactly how to do this, or can anyone make a logo pack?
