defence and attack

Hi guys

Does anyone now which are the best defence and attacking tactics i'm just about to start a new save and create my own tactic but i wanted to know which where the best or very good so i can simply study them and like i say try to create my own with hopefully what i learn from them.

I've won the double with Panathinaikos twice with this tactic:

However I am getting hammered in Champions League.
Perhaps my defenders are not up to the task, as they are slow and most European teams have pacey front lines and try through balls on my defenders.

That said I am also looking for what could be the *best* plug and play tactic in fm15.

Any suggestions are welcome.
