Defenders to buy for Arsenal?

Mainly.. a quality left back that doesn't completely break the bank, a quality centre back which can be expensive as long as they're actually great, and maybe some cover for Sagna.

Suggestions?
 
LB: Aly Cissokho , Ansaldi, Domenico Criscito, Baines
CB: Jan Verthorgen, Hummels, or Subtoic
RB: Sime Vrsaljko, Romario, Sebastian Corchia
 
As it is for the 1st season i would reccomend players that are already adapted to you League so i would reccomend:

DL:Leighton Baines
DC: Gary Cahill; Samba
DR: Seamus Coleman
 
Can't find Subtoic, Verthorgen is only 2.5 star for me, and Hummels costs way too much since Man City signed em..

Other ideas?

His name is Subotic Lol mispelled it and he plays for Borussia Dortmund ;)
 
you dont need to sign any CB's, you will do perfectly fine with the starting set up

this. vermalean and per are like ur main cbs, will kos keep improving so fast, that he can knock out one on them ;)

djouruo wont fit in tbh, best sell him since young cb replacements like grant hanley, tiago ilori, or even bartley are good enough.
 
Alvaro Dominguez from Athletico Madrid, got him for $13.75mil, he's 22 while being good defender and good athletic skills (strength, jumping, agility stand out).
 
Also, Mamhadou Sahko his a good french defender from PSG, though he is expensive (upwards of $30mil).
 
Papadoplous is young and you can use him as a backup DM for Song to give him extra playing time.
 
Rb - Sebastian Corchia maybe would use him rotating cover with Sagna needs games for experience will be natural replacement when Sagna declines..

Lb - Nacho Monreal from Malaga look no further most consitant performer in my Barca Save Handled Ronaldo comfortably everytime...

CB - Hummels would be a good signing if he is still at Dortmund.. if your in 3rd season i would recommend Marc Baltra from Barca.. takes over from Puyol in Spain's First Team.. If in first Season Phil Jagielka you will get 3 good seasons from him and will pop up with 10 + goals a season..

Djourou is class, or atleast he was for me on fm11 when I played Arsenal, was by far my best central defender on that save

this. in fm11, he got like 8.00 ave. rating, and still holds the cb spot in the all time arsenal XI ;)

its was largely due to the number of goal scored, mainly by his HEAD XD

Shakhtar is a team with quality players (mostly willan, alex, costa, and so on) and are cheap to buy :)

I found Balzaretti from Palermo to be a Quality left back. Available around 12mil
