Does it exist? I mean I am in southampton 2nd season and currently have 4 CBs. Distin, balanata, lovren and Lescott. My question is: Starting two of the regularly(balanta and lovren) will help them achieve some kind of chemestry so the play better together? Does it exist? Is is it for the whole team?
Defensive chemestry between the cbs?

If your signings have settled into your team, then a high 'Teamwork' attribute will mean better cohesion with your defense, and team in general. Otherwise, I don't think there's any such separate 'chemistry' type of thing.

Your Goalkeeper's "Communication" attribute is also very important when it comes to how your CB's organize themselves.
