I've never used this role until recently, now they are all I use. Using them together works so well pressing the back 4 and watching them hoofing the ball to your midfield then build an attack again. Does anyone else use them at all and if so how?

It is my beleif they are most usefull in a counter attacking tactic. However, the defensive forward doesn't create his own chances, so he needs a more creative player behind him or next to him to help set up goal scoring opportunities, like deeplying forward. 442 formation comes to mind.

I often play an advanced player maker behind them, works a treat. I'm shocked I've never used them before on previous FM's
