Defensive wingers

I have a new tactic in mind in which I would use defensive wingers...
2 questions:

1. Which stats do defensive wingers need?
2. Which players can play as defensive wingers(I need ML/MR not AML/AMR def wingers)? I can think honestly only of Royston Drenthe...

Bale should be on that list too. And I use Dirk Kuyt and Ji-Sung Park as defensive wingers as well, despite their mediocre stats their great work rate, determination and fitness means they keep hassling the opposition for 90 minutes per game.
