Deleted default skin by accident

So I accidently deleted the default skin by accident when deleting downloaded skins - I uninstalled and reinstalled the game on steam and verified the identity of the game cache but cant seem to get it back at all

When I load the game it's just a plain black background and unplayable - any advice?? Thanks

I think this should help, go to Steam, then view games and left click on Football Manager go to properties, local files and verify catch. Hope that helps.
