Deleting a player and restarting finances same

On football manager 2011 I have created my own team. However, I have tried to delete a player and also change to finances I save it But ever time I start a new game to player is still there and finances are the same. What can I do?

The current version of the editor is a bit buggy and this happens sometimes. The only thing you can do is recreate your DB and hope it doesn't happen again. Annoying, but it is the only real way around it. Unless you know what you are doing editing the xml by hand.

I assume you are loading your editor data using the tick boxes at the load DB screen when starting a game?
