demoting a PL team

im thinking of demoting a prem team through editor and bringing them back up through the ranks, which team do you suggest is best for this?
And also what do you suggest i do in editor to make it true to life? cheers

To make it more realistic you could start with a point deduction to make it seem like that team were match fixing.
