Derby 2nd Season PREM

I have a 11.5mil Budget
Playing 4-1-2-2-1 (Wingers) with Derby in the Prem.
Last year got to the league cup final lost to chelsea and lost league on last two games of the season. So expect to have a good season but need help signing some players.

Looking to strengthen the back line.

So looking for 2/3 good but cheap players

Any suggestions?

Im halfway through my second season with leeds, sitting in 8th in the prem.

As far as back line, i signed insua from boca ( i think) he's been mint for me so far. Steele is a great keeper if you can pick him on a free! Also check the relegated teams, some bargains to be had!

Other players id recommend,

Riviere from newcastle, was transfer listed for 500k! Goal machine.
JoaquÌn Arzura from Tigre. 3.5m with instalments.
