Derby or Hayes and yeading

I want to start a new game but i dont know who to chose out these two teams Derby and Hayes and Yeading let me know what you think .Oh has anyone been these teams ?

If you want a challenge and don't mind getting your hands dirty in the lower leagues, Hayes and Yeading would be a very good team to go for.
 
With this being the Lower League Managers forum I think it would be in keeping with the thread title and take Hayes & Yeading.
It is certainly very frustrating managing at this level, but still enjoyable.
 
See i know it be frustrating ....but is it worth while trying to get hayes and yeading up which will take a couple of season.Were as Derby may do it in one wht do you think ?
