Derby Season 2 (Premier League 1st season)

I have a 9.75m budget (I'll attempt to offload a few players i.e. Bent, Martin, Butterfield and whoever I feel I don't need anymore).

I'm looking to fill these positions (flexibility is a plus!):

AM C - Shadow Strike
MC - BWM
Goalkeeper - Sweeper Keeper
Center Back - BPD (Going to give Mammana a punt)
Striker - Treq/F9

Obviously I'm looking to get a few players for a small budget but I'm hoping to add 2 or 3 players into my squad for the PL, loan deals are also good for me too!

Sergio Diaz and Zach Clough are two good Treq/F9's. Might have issues getting Sergio Diaz a work permit but if you can get it he is well worth it.

A player who looks like a good BWM (MC) for little money is Rincon (Venezuelan) however I could not successfully get him a work permit even though he had 60+ caps you might have better luck.
