I'm looking to design a 3-5-2 to use as Man City.

The positions I wanna use are;

GK
DC
DC/SW (depending on which works best)
DC
WBR
WBL
MC
MC
AMC
FC
FC

I'm looking to play good football with short passing and high creative freedom. I really wanna get a slick passing game going in the mould of Barcelona or Bayern Munich. I also wanna utilise the WBs as much as possible because I'm imagining the narrow midfield will give them a lot of space to work with and if I can get a decent amount of crosses into the box then I can really utilise Dzeko/Negredo.

Does anyone have any tips on how to make this tactic work? Especially the back three and the midfield.

im no tactical expert but i would imagine slow tempo time wasting often wbs on attack with hug touchline cross ball often and trough ball rarely/never that could b completley wrong low

GK-D (Hart is a **** sweeper keeper)
BPD-S CD-S BPD-S
WB-A WB-A
DLP-S BBM-S
AM-A/AP-A
