Determination dropping

Well it seems like all my younger players for example Verratti, Sakho, Danny Wilson determination stats are dropping at a very high rate ( arrow going straight down ) Does anyone know why this is happening? My first guess was because they are getting older and don't care so much anymore?

have you been using players who have low determination to tutor these youngsters? i normally use players with at least 16 determination to tutor young players so that they'll be more determined. when tutoring, make sure the tutor has high mental stats.

Thanks didn't know that.

At first Gerrard ( determination 20 ) was tutoring Veratti but know he's being tutored by Angel Di Maria ( determination 16 ). Veratti's determination grew up to 20 at first but has since dropped to 16.

guess thats the reason then, i once did a little experiment, using robinho to tutor radja nainggoian and regretted soon after XD
