Determination

Does anyone know why some of my young players determination has started flying down

Have you been criticizing or fining your players alot? That could cause players with already low determination to lose even more

Or bad tutoring, so if a player if tutored by someone with a lower determination then their's, it could drop

3 of the players i had being tutored i will probably sell now because there determination dropped drastically thats insane.
