As the title said. So does the younger develop faster if they have higher determination?

I don't think determination plays a part in development, I know Ambition and Professionalism does though.

Think determination only comes into it during a match doesn't it? Like if its low, they pretty much react badly falling behind

Since your question mentions development, I believe "Work Rate" has an effect on that. Higher the work rate, the more work they put into training (obviously).
